Organising a Function, Birthday party, corporate event in cocktail style fashion? The 18 Footers lounge is you perfect location. Drink in the views having your event overlooking the world famous Sydney harbour. Let us help you plan, prepare and cater for your next event.
WHAT AREAS CAN I RESERVE?
Our functions space is located at the top end of the lounge overlooking the harbour. The area comfortably accommodates around 60 guests and the minimum number to reserve for is 30 guests. Depending on the day of your function we can be flexible with this number. Please be aware that we are a members club and there will be other patrons in the club. Our deck is not available for reservation but you would be free to use other areas than the one designated in the club with respect to other patrons.
WHAT ABOUT PRIME TIME?
We offer 2 time slots in our lounge, either 12 - 6pm (daytime) or 6:30 - close (night time). You have the option of crossing over these time slots at a flat fee of $500. During sailing season (October - April) we are unable to accommodate functions on Sundays.
WHAT ARE MY FOOD OPTIONS?
Our dining room offers a wide variety of finger food spaced out to fit your function. You can cater for a minimum of 30 people and up.
Note that no finger food would be available between 3pm and 4:30pm and after 9pm due to kitchen preparations and operating hours.
WHAT ABOUT DRINKS?
The bar can be tailored to suit your function. As a member you get discounted prices on all drinks as long as you run a tab for your function.
Due to our licensing restrictions we unfortunately cannot accommodate for children in our lounge or deck areas. This includes infants.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER?
Reserving our functions area is a membership privilege. If you are considering having a function at the Australian 18 Footers League you or a guest of your function would be required to join as a member of the club to do so.
